At my work there are machine programs with 1 or 2 routines for the whole program.  Troubleshooting is a nightmare.  A few of the other programs in the plant have an IO Routine in which I really like.  It makes looking&hellip;</p>

The static bars are probably a good solution.  We tend to have problems with our labeling centers.  The cans are conveyed on plastic belts but somehow the cans gain the static charge.  For a quick solution, we took wire we use to ground welders to discharge the static charge. &hellip;</p>
