  Hey, anyone need help on business topics?

  I started my first business 26 years ago and made every mistake in the book. Borrowed money to start it with no knowledge of what was involved, hired too early, grew too fast, and eventually bit off more than I could chew.

  I’m happy to share what I’ve learned here for free, or if you need more detailed help I can do it though the Academy. I like to think that my current model works much better, at least for me. I have also been dealing with lots of other automation-related businesses and have gained a lot of insights from others. Hit me up!
